Building a Legacy of Positive Change

We don’t just write checks, we set up and play an active role in initiatives that make a real difference to people’s lives. We’re never afraid to think of new, innovative solutions to challenges – the legacy we leave behind is always front of mind.

Set up by Moshe and Yaffa Popack, the YMP Family Foundation promotes nutrition among young families and children, supports affordable housing initiatives, advances education and vocational training, and fosters community development and spiritual growth.

Initiatives include:

• Funding the Miami Kosher Supermarket in North Miami to provide affordable, healthy food
• Founding a synagogue on Fisher Island to help residents connect on a spiritual level
• Funding and leading the creation of a vocational school and dormitory for teenagers in Israel

We’re always exploring new ways to make a difference and support a variety of smaller projects and emerging community programs that align with our values and vision. We believe that every act of giving, no matter the size, has the potential to create ripples of positive change.

Born from Yaffa Popack’s passion for nutrition,  Neighborhood Farms USA® is creating a national network that promotes health, wellness, and nutritional education. The organization encourages and supports the development of community gardens and healthy food programs, and shared best practices.
