Moshe Popack is a lawyer, real estate investor and developer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and co-founder and CEO of YMP Real Estate Management, a South Florida-based real estate acquisition and management company with residential and commercial properties in seven states.
The private real estate firm has built an impressive portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and assisted living properties. YMP manages over 4,000 units and 1.6+ million square feet of commercial space with a total asset value of approximately $1.5 billion.
Recognized as a top real estate management company in South Florida for four consecutive years (2019-2022), YMP reflects Moshe’s innovative approach to business – one that seamlessly combines profitability with social responsibility. This philosophy extends beyond the boardroom, with Moshe spearheading several impactful philanthropic initiatives.
With his wife and business partner Yaffa, Moshe established the YMP Family Foundation, which promotes healthy nutrition among young families and their children. In 2020, the foundation launched Neighborhood Farms USA, a national non-profit that advocates for health, wellness, and nutritional education and supports the development of community gardens, healthy food programs, and shared best practices in gardening and urban farming.
Moshe’s commitment to positive change is further explored through his weekly Common Denominator podcast, where he engages with thought leaders to promote optimism, personal growth, and finding common ground. He also produces #Positivity®, a monthly newsletter focused on purposeful living and community engagement.
Moshe also serves on several public service boards, including the Florida Development Finance Corporation – which oversees the allocation of significant financial resources for job creation and infrastructure projects throughout Florida – and The FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee. Additionally, Moshe is an active member of the South Florida Business Journal Leadership Trust and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Moshe received a BS in Finance from Yeshiva University, an MBA from Long Island University, and a JD from Touro Law Center, providing him with a robust foundation for his multifaceted career.
Above all, Moshe is a dedicated family man deeply anchored in his strong values and faith. He and his family live in Miami Beach.
