In 2011, Moshe and Yaffa Popack arrived in Miami with plenty of determination, but limited resources. Seeing opportunities where others saw risk, they made their first real estate deal in a neighborhood others had written off.

Behind every business decision lies a deeply personal commitment to creating positive change. As parents to 11 children, Moshe and Yaffa bring a unique perspective to their leadership – one that thinks in terms of generations, not just quarters.

The rest is history. The company they founded, YMP Real Estate Management, now has a portfolio comprising more than 4,000 multi-family units and 1.6+ million square feet of commercial space.

The company has also been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of South Florida’s “Top Real Estate Management Companies” for four consecutive years (2019-2022).
